Yoga the best way to be fit

Yoga is a system of exercises practiced as part of the Hindu discipline to promote control of the body and mind. Hindu discipline aimed at training the consciousness for a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility that is achieved through the three paths of actions and knowledge and devotion. Yoga consists of many asana. Each asana has its own benefits in toning particular part of body. Meditation plays a major part of yoga which keeps mind fresh free from tensions. It is seen that yoga helps in curing many diseases and frequent pains in our body. So want to be fit always then practice yoga daily.
